Our intention is to communicate with honesty, transparency, and care, so that you understand the conditions of your purchase before making a commitment.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or booking an experience.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts mandatory rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to our offerings, including:

  • Online courses, including the Voice Liberation Course.

  • Digital downloads, music, and recordings.

  • Physical products, including albums, books, and merchandise.

  • Workshops, concerts, and live events.

  • Retreats and in-person experiences.

  • Other products and services offered through our website.

Specific offerings may have additional conditions, which will be communicated before purchase.

Where mandatory legal provisions differ from these Terms & Conditions, those legal provisions take precedence.

3. Orders, Bookings, and Payments

By placing an order or booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other mandatory costs will be disclosed before completing the purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout, including Squarespace Payments and PayPal where offered.

An order or booking is confirmed according to the payment and confirmation conditions communicated at checkout.

We reserve the right to contact customers if additional information is necessary to fulfill an order.

Any deposit requirements, installment arrangements, or payment deadlines for specific retreats or services will be disclosed before booking.

4. Online Courses

Our online courses, including the Voice Liberation Course, are created to support personal growth, self-expression, spiritual exploration, and inner transformation.

Lifetime Access

When purchasing the Voice Liberation Course, you receive lifetime access to the purchased course materials.

We do not impose a fixed expiration date on this access.

We may update the course platform, reorganize materials, or move the course to another suitable platform, provided that we continue to honor our contractual obligations.

We will not arbitrarily terminate purchased access.

Any unavoidable discontinuation or material change will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rights arising from the lifetime-access commitment.

14-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day cancellation and refund period for the Voice Liberation Course.

You may request cancellation and a refund within 14 days of your purchase, even if you have already logged in, watched videos, or started the course.

You do not need to provide a reason.

To request a refund, please email:

info@nedaboin.com

Please include your name, email address used for purchase, and order details.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving a valid cancellation request, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Once a course purchase has been refunded, access to the purchased course may be terminated.

This policy does not limit any additional mandatory consumer protections.

Personal Use

Course access is intended for the individual purchaser.

Course materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, shared publicly, or made available to third parties without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

5. Digital Downloads and Digital Content

Digital products may include downloadable music, audio recordings, videos, and other digital files.

Because digital products can be accessed or copied immediately, we do not offer voluntary refunds once digital delivery has begun.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer law, a customer may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content supplied without a physical medium.

This right may end when delivery begins, but only if the applicable legal requirements have been met.

For paid digital content, these requirements generally include:

  • The customer's prior express consent to begin delivery during the withdrawal period.

  • The customer's acknowledgement that beginning delivery will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

  • The required confirmation of the agreement and acknowledgement.

If these requirements have not been met, the customer's statutory withdrawal rights remain applicable, even if the digital content has already been downloaded or streamed.

Nothing in this section affects legal remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content.

Personal License

Unless otherwise stated, digital purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for private use.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6. Physical Products, Returns, and Refunds

We sell physical products, including music albums, books, and merchandise.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing physical products online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Where an order is delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period generally begins after receipt of the final item.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

Please email:

info@nedaboin.com

You may use the model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms & Conditions, but this is not mandatory.

Product Condition

We kindly ask that returned products be in new condition, unused beyond what is necessary to inspect them, and preferably in their original packaging.

Consumers are legally permitted to inspect products to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they reasonably could in a physical shop.

If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose, the customer may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value, where permitted by law.

Sealed Products

Certain sealed products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal after the seal has been broken, where an applicable legal exception exists.

This may include sealed audio recordings, such as CDs, when the seal has been broken after delivery.

Such exceptions apply only where the legal conditions are met and customers have received the required information before purchase.

Returning Products

After notifying us of withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Please send returns to:

Neda Inner Voice
Hagemanswei 86
6843 XN Arnhem
The Netherlands

Customers are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping where this has been clearly communicated before purchase, unless applicable law or the specific circumstances require otherwise.

Refunds

Where a statutory withdrawal right has been validly exercised, we will reimburse the payments required by law, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable.

Additional costs resulting from a customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method do not need to be refunded beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us.

Your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain fully applicable, regardless of the withdrawal period.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to prepare and ship physical orders within the timeframe communicated at checkout or on the relevant product page.

Shipping fees and available delivery destinations are displayed before purchase.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed.

We are responsible for the goods during delivery until they are received by the customer or a person designated by them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local handling charges may apply.

Any mandatory charges that must be disclosed before purchase will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can assist you.

8. Retreats

Our retreats are designed to create a supportive space for personal growth, self-expression, connection, and spiritual exploration.

Retreat arrangements vary. Some retreats may include accommodation, meals, and activities, while others may include only the facilitated program or selected services.

The specific inclusions, dates, location, prices, and payment arrangements will be communicated before booking.

Cancellation Policy

Retreat bookings are non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation by the participant, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

By booking a retreat, you acknowledge that we reserve spaces and make arrangements in advance, often involving commitments to venues, accommodation providers, facilitators, and other service providers.

If you choose not to attend, change your plans, or are unable to participate for personal reasons, we do not offer a voluntary refund.

We recommend obtaining appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

Statutory Exceptions

The non-refundable booking policy does not override mandatory consumer or travel rights.

Depending on the nature of the retreat, its services, and the booking arrangements, specific statutory cancellation rights may apply.

Where a retreat qualifies as a package travel arrangement under applicable law, participants retain all mandatory package travel rights.

These may include the right to terminate the booking before departure subject to an appropriate termination fee, the right to transfer the booking under applicable conditions, and the right to terminate without a fee in qualifying unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Where package travel legislation applies, the required pre-contractual information, insolvency protection, and other statutory safeguards will be provided.

Changes or Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a retreat, participants will receive the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

If we make a material change to an agreed retreat, participants will be informed of their applicable options and rights.

Travel Arrangements

Unless expressly included in the retreat description, participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation, travel documents, visas, and insurance.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet applicable entry requirements for international retreats.

Participation

Participants are encouraged to honor their physical and emotional boundaries.

Our retreats are intended for personal and spiritual development and do not replace professional medical or psychological treatment.

Nothing in this section excludes legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Workshops, Concerts, and Live Events

Bookings for workshops, concerts, and other scheduled live events are non-refundable in the event of voluntary cancellation or non-attendance by the participant, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Where an event qualifies as a leisure activity scheduled for a specific date or period, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply.

For events that do not fall within a statutory exception, any applicable withdrawal rights will be respected.

Event Changes or Cancellation

If we cancel an event, participants will receive the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, we will communicate the available options and applicable rights.

Tickets and bookings may not be transferred or resold contrary to any event-specific conditions communicated before purchase.

10. Participation, Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health

Our courses, workshops, retreats, and Voice Liberation sessions may involve singing, breathwork, movement, emotional expression, personal reflection, and the exploration of deeply held beliefs and experiences.

These experiences can sometimes bring up strong emotions, memories, or personal challenges.

We aim to create a respectful, compassionate, and supportive environment. However, participation is voluntary, and each participant is encouraged to remain attentive to their own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

Not a Substitute for Therapy or Medical Treatment

Our offerings are intended for personal growth, creative expression, education, and spiritual exploration.

They do not constitute psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or any other form of licensed healthcare.

Neda Inner Voice does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure psychological or medical conditions.

Our facilitators do not act as licensed mental health professionals or healthcare providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Personal Responsibility and Boundaries

Participants are encouraged to make informed decisions about their participation, communicate their boundaries, and seek appropriate professional support when needed.

You are always free to pause, modify, or discontinue an exercise if you feel physically or emotionally overwhelmed.

If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, have a history of severe mental health difficulties, or are currently receiving psychological or psychiatric treatment, we encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

Participation in our offerings should not replace, delay, or interfere with necessary professional healthcare.

Emotional Experiences and Outcomes

Emotional responses vary from person to person.

Although our work may support meaningful personal insights and emotional experiences, we do not guarantee any specific emotional, psychological, physical, or spiritual outcome.

Participation does not establish a therapist-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship.

We cannot guarantee that difficult emotions or personal challenges will not arise during or after participation.

Our Responsibility

We are committed to exercising reasonable care in the design and facilitation of our offerings.

Participants remain responsible for communicating relevant concerns and making decisions about their own participation, to the extent reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our responsibility for negligence, failure to exercise reasonable care, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Respect, Confidentiality, and Group Participation

We aim to create a respectful and supportive environment during our workshops, retreats, and other group offerings.

Participants are expected to treat one another with kindness, dignity, and respect.

We ask participants to respect the privacy of others and not share personal experiences disclosed in group settings without permission.

However, we cannot guarantee confidentiality on the part of other participants.

We may take proportionate action where necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of participants, subject to applicable law and contractual rights.

12. Photography, Video, and Testimonials

We may occasionally photograph or film events, workshops, and retreats.

Where identifiable participants are featured in promotional content, we will comply with applicable privacy laws and obtain consent or establish another appropriate legal basis where required.

Participation in an event does not automatically constitute consent to the use of someone's image or personal story for marketing.

Any separate photography, filming, or testimonial arrangements will be communicated where applicable.

13. Intellectual Property

All original content provided through our website and offerings, including music, videos, recordings, course materials, written content, photographs, and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise stated, the relevant rights belong to Neda Inner Voice or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product, course, or event ticket does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing.

14. Customer Accounts and Website Use

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders or creating accounts.

Login credentials should be kept confidential.

Customers must not misuse our website, interfere with its security, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or content.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact us.

15. Consumer Rights and Legal Guarantees

We aim to provide products, digital content, and services that conform to the purchase agreement and applicable law.

Consumers retain all statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods, digital content, digital services, and other offerings.

Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include repair, replacement, correction of a defect, a price reduction, termination of the agreement, or a refund.

These rights are separate from any voluntary refund policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts mandatory consumer guarantees.

16. Liability

We are responsible for fulfilling our contractual obligations in accordance with applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was concluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Extraordinary circumstances may affect our ability to deliver a product, service, event, or retreat as planned.

These may include severe weather, natural disasters, public health restrictions, or significant travel disruption.

If such circumstances arise, we will communicate with affected customers and seek an appropriate solution.

Any cancellation, refund, postponement, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where mandatory package travel rules apply, those rules take precedence.

18. Privacy

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Our Privacy Policy is available at:

https://www.nedaboin.com/privacy-policy

For privacy-related questions, please contact info@nedaboin.com.

19. Complaints and Customer Support

If you have a question or complaint relating to a purchase, booking, or experience, please contact us at:

info@nedaboin.com

Please provide relevant purchase or booking details so we can assist you.

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and resolve concerns fairly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions restricts your right to seek remedies through competent courts or other legally available procedures.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Where a customer is a consumer residing outside the Netherlands, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections applicable under the law of their country of habitual residence, where such protections cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes may be brought before a competent court in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.

21. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version provided or made available when the relevant agreement was concluded, unless a lawful change has been agreed or otherwise applies.
