For five days, we will be held lovingly by lush nature, stunning sunsets, clear water cenotes, and mystical starry nights. There will be extended morning and evening sessions, and enough time in the afternoon for integration and exploration.

Zorg voor anderen begint bij zorg voor jezelf. Wat wil er in jou gehoord en gezien worden?
Waarom stembevrijding voor zorgprofessionals?
Juist wanneer je dagelijks voor anderen zorgt, kan het gemakkelijk gebeuren dat je eigen binnenwereld naar de achtergrond verdwijnt. Je bent gewend om naar anderen te luisteren, anderen te ondersteunen, sterk te zijn en ruimte te houden voor wat een ander nodig heeft.
Deze workshop is voor iedereen in de zorg die er klaar voor is om de aandacht even van buiten naar binnen te keren en de zorg die je zo vanzelfsprekend aan anderen geeft, nu eens aan jezelf te geven.
Stembevrijding gaat niet over mooi zingen en je hebt er absoluut geen zangervaring voor nodig. De stem heeft een helende en bevrijdende werking die we allemaal kenden toen we nog heel klein waren. De meesten van ons kregen echter te horen dat we stil moesten zijn of dat we niet konden zingen en vergaten de bevrijdende kracht van vrije stemexpressie.
Neda zal je tijdens deze dag terug in contact brengen met de helende kracht van je eigen stem en je helpen ruimte te geven aan wat er in jou gezien, gehoord en gevoeld wil worden. Door via de stem “balast” los te laten ontstaat er weer ruimte in jezelf.
